Organisation Hierarchy
The organisation hierarchy has a tall structure and comprises of 9 members. At the apex, is the Proprietor and below him are 3 managers for the 3 departments; Operations, Services and Administration & Accounts.
In the Services department, is a Travel & Emigration co-ordinator who assists in the documentation process and a medical co-ordinator who is an advisor of the medical requirements of the respective countries. The third department - the administration & accounts, is headed by a Manager.
Reporting to him are 2 executives, one for managing the daily accounts and the other for administrative co-ordination.
